Donald Ray Manning, 67, of Panama City, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 in his home.  He was born April 5, 1953 in Middletown, Ohio.  He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.  He was a retired Middle and High School substitute teacher.  He also worked security for the Wyndham Hotel on Panama City Beach.  He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Manning and a brother, Charlie Manning.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Manning; three children, Brandie Keen (Jake), Shelley Miller (Troy), Darren Pearson (Patrick Hocker); six grandchildren, Klayton Keen, Payton Keen, Briley Keen, Kinley Keen, Destinee Wright, Ashley Davidson; three great grandchildren, Lilly Wright, Kamden Miller, MaKenna Davidson; mother, Grace Manning; and two brothers, Dwight Manning (Theresa), Steve Manning (Kathy).  Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
