Zelma Frost, age 88 of Panama City, FL peacefully passed from this life to eternity on September 17, 2017. She was born on April 21, 1929 in Jackson County, FL. She married her love, Bill Frost Sr. on September 12, 1947 and had three children, Bill Jr, Debi, and Sherry.

Zelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to cook and work in her yard. She was an active member of First Baptist Church in Panama City.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Frost Sr, son, Bill Frost Jr, mother, Mary Jane McCroan, father, Perry McCroan, brothers, James P. McCroan, and Kenneth McCroan.

She is survived by daughters, Debi Westerly (Dickie), and Sherry Webb, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

The family will be welcoming friends and loved ones for visitation on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Wilson Funeral Home in Panama City, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, September 22, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home with Revs Milton Ker, Clyde Ellison, and John Knopes officiating. Graveside service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
