WINIFRED (WINNIE) LAURA KIMBREL SPIVEY

Winifred "Winnie" Laura Kimbrel Spivey, passed on to her Heavenly Home on September 2, 2010. Winnie was born June 28, 1921 and was the 7th and youngest child of her predeceased parents, James Walker and Ellen Virginia Kimbrel. Winnie and Wyatt married on May 16, 1940. They were the parents of two daughters, Wylene Wichman (John), Eileen Combs (Ken); two granddaughters, Laura Gravette, Tammy Bruce (Nick), grandson, Billy Roberts (Julie); two great grandsons, Hayden Bruce, Tristan Gravette and two great granddaughters, Megan Roberts and Nichaley Bruce. Winnie was a wife, mother and homemaker and enjoyed sewing and making clothes for her daughters. After Wyatt retired, she then went to Real Estate School and sold Real Estate several years until Wyatt's illness and she stopped to take care of him until his death in 1994. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
