WINDSOR H. "WIN" PHELPS
Windsor H. "Win" Phelps, 85, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 in a local hospital. He moved to Bay County six years ago from Merrimack, New Hampshire. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Wills and second wife, Eileen Hawkins. He is survived by his daughter, Leslie-Ann; son, Cory W.; daughter-in-law, Cori T.; grandchildren, Stacey, Nicole and Ryan; and great grandchildren, Kayla and Corrine. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11 at the Widowed Persons Service, 1144 Grace Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.
