WILMA COURTNEY PARRISH
Wilma Courtney Parrish, 86, of Panama City, died Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at her home. She was born on July 14, 1920 in Tifton, Georgia. She was a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God where she served as secretary and treasurer. She is survived by her husband, Frank W. Parrish, son, Ron Parrish and his wife Alice, of Thomasville, Georgia, granddaughter, Tara Weisz and her husband Josh, of Santa Barbara, California, great grandson, Brandon Weisz, and lifelong friends and caregivers, Renee McCormick and Susan Tucker. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 8106 Hwy 2301, Bayou George with Rev. Eddie Nichols, Chaplain Craig Brannon, and Rev. Bob Shane officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
