Bill Seaman, 58, of Panama City passed away Feb. 26, 2014. Bill was born in Berwyn, IL to the late Bob and Lorraine Seaman. He moved to Panama City, FL, in the late 70's from Downers Grove, IL. Bill was a great brother, loving uncle and friend to all. He is survived by his sister, Kathy Lundvall (Dana) of Westmont, IL; a brother, Robert Seaman, Jr., of Coconut Creek, FL; his sister, Mary Raffield (Kermit) of Panama City, FL; his nieces and nephews, Brook Simmons, Amanda Lundvall, Chris Seaman, Ryan Seaman, Brian Raffield, and Emily Lundvall. Friends and family are welcome to join us at Wilson Funeral Home for a memorial to be held on March 7, 2014 at 3:30 pm.
