WILLIAM THOMAS "TOMMY" ROGERS

William Thomas "Tommy" Rogers, 72, of Chipley, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013. He was born June 24, 1941 in Panama City and had been a resident of the area for most of his life. He was a retired architect with the Florida Department of Transportation. He was a lifelong believer and was Presbyterian by faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Olivia Bland Rogers. He is survived by his son, Ethan Rogers and wife, Ashly of Fountain, FL; a daughter, Marissa Smith Crow and a granddaughter, Delaney Renee Crow, both of Panama City Beach. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Hayes officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-3 p.m. Monday prior to the service. Honorary pallbearers will be the Bay High School Class of 1960.
