William J. Riolo Jr., 55, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He now rests easy in the arms of our Lord and Savior. He was born in Rome, New York. He was dedicated to his career in the automotive and construction trades. He exemplified the value of integrity and hard work. He was preceded in death by his parents, Palmera and William Riolo Sr. He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa J. Riolo, whom he was best friends with since childhood. The special bond they shared was an inspiration to many. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Lilla; sisters, Christine Riolo (Chris Parker), Felicia Burak (Gary), Dianne Smith (Mike); brother, Vincent Riolo; sister-in-law, Dale McGuire; brother-in-law, Jeff McGuire; nieces and nephews, Vincent Dubay, Nicholas Dubay (Tierra), Ian McGuire (Janah Meistad), Olivia McGuire (Griffin Russell), Briana Sherman (Aaron Potter); great nephew, Harvey Potter; additional nieces and nephews, Melissa, Emily, Shayna, Ryan, Brett, Cody; Lorienne; Rita, John, Patrick, Mary; sisters-in-law, Patricia, Barbara; brothers-in-law, Ken, Matt; several great nieces and nephews; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
