William Richard "Rick" Fox Jr., 70, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. He was born on January 1, 1953 in Huntsville, AL. Rick served in the United States Army. He was the Owner and Operator of Quality Concrete Construction Inc. He was an avid outdoorsman, loving fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Richard and Nyla Fox. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Laura Ann Fox; son, Shawn Self, his wife Cindy; daughter, Kasey Fox Cunningham, her husband Patrick Cunningham; 5 grandchildren, Tyler Self, Austin Self, Ricky Self, Cait Cunningham, and Delainey Cunningham, great-grandson, Everett Self  as well as his much loved brothers and sisters-in-law, John Crawford(Brenda), Teresa Bost(Chris), Morgan Crawford (Dawn), Michael Crawford (Lorree), Jeff Crawford, Hank Crawford (Mary), Karen Lindsey (Rick), David Crawford (Laurie), and numerous cherished nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, December 2 at First Baptist Church of Deerpoint Lake with lunch to follow in the fellowship hall. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00AM preceding the celebration of life service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to The American Cancer Society in memory of Rick Fox.
