William (Bill) Prine Frost, age 92 of Panama City, Florida met his Heavenly Father early Tuesday morning on April 11, 2017.

Bill's love for Christ, work ethic and selflessness are only a few examples of the characteristics that make him so loved by so many. Bill was born June 16, 1924 in Quincy, Florida to Elmo LeRoy and Willie Mae Frost.

He served in World War II as a member of the Army Air Force (1943-1946) and proudly wore his WWII Veteran hat everywhere he went. Bill married the love of his life, Zelma, on September 12, 1947 and had three children, Bill Jr, Debi, and Sherry.

Bill enjoyed being with his family and friends and loved spending time at his camp near Howards Creek. Bill worked as a manager of Schneider's Shoe Dept downtown Panama City, FL for years and later went on to own Bill Frost Insurance. Bill loved the Lord and was an active member of First Baptist Church in Panama City. He was recognized with the honor of being named a Deacon Emeritus this past year.

Bill is preceded in death by father Elmo LeRoy and mother Willie Mae Frost, sisters Royallean (Polly) Cox, Margarite (Dee) Enfinger and son, Bill Frost Jr. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Zelma Frost, daughters, Debi Westerly (Dickie), and Sherry Webb. Grandchildren including Melissa Goodwin (Brandon), Trey Frost (Angie), Chip Westerly, Sean Webb, Luci MacLean (Marc), Jesse Rumbough (Matt) and four great grandchildren.

The family will be welcoming friends and loved ones for visitation on Friday, April 14th from 5pm to 7pm at Wilson Funeral Home in Panama City, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 12pm, Saturday, April 15th at Wilson Funeral Home with Revs. Milton Ker, Clyde Ellison, and John Knopes officiating.Graveside service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Sammy Rowe, Trey Frost, Chip Westerly, Sean Webb, Brandon Goodwin, Marc MacLean and Matt Rumbough.
