Obituary

William Frank Mullins, 77, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. With heavy hearts and loving remembrance, the family honors the life of a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. His life was defined by quiet strength, unwavering love and a deep commitment to those he cherished.

He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Sandra Lee Mullins of Florida, whose companionship was the foundation of his days and the joy of his life.

He is also survived by his brothers, Eric Mullins of California and Kenny Mullins of Florida and was preceded in death by his brother, Max Mullins.

He leaves behind a legacy of love through his children, Dewey James Mullins and Melissa of Florida; Danielle Brown and Johnny of Florida; Mariah Johnson and Ruben of Florida; Tammy Lynn Lewis and Andy of Florida.

He was also blessed with cherished children by marriage, each holding a special place in his heart: Deanna Feltner of Florida; Tammy Way and Randy of Kentucky; Doug Fields and Trish of Kentucky; Toby Wilkerson and Ada of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his beloved sisters, Pamela “Pammy” Mullins of Tennessee and Tessie Smith of Tennessee.

A proud and loving grandfather, he treasured each of his grandchildren: Dewey (3), Austin (1), Danielle (2), Mariah (2), Toby (3), Deanna (2), Doug (3) and Tammy (2).

His legacy continues through his great grandchildren: Dewey (2), Doug (4), Ashlyn (2), Mariah (1) with one precious great grandchild soon to arrive.

He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews who will forever carry his memory forward.

He holds in his heart the memory of one dearly loved great-grandchild who passed too soon-forever remembered, forever loved.

His life was a testament to love, family and steadfast devotion. Though he may be gone from our sight, he will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 17, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Bay Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, 2432 County Road 2321, Southport FL 32409.
