Bill was a born-again Christian, an avid Gator fan, and how he loved gospel music. He spent hundreds of hours listening to and singing along with Bill Gaither and his Homecoming Friends. He loved hearing the story of Jesus as God's Word was hid deep within his heart. Bill loved fishing and looked forward to his special fishing trips to Crescent Lake and the St. John's River in Deland, Florida, with his friends, N.D. and Tommy.
Bill's family is so appreciative to all of the loving and caring people who have gone the extra mile for him and cared for him this past year. Thanks to all of the special nurses who have given him love and care at Bay Medical Center in his courageous fight for life...to Dr. Banton, Dr. Stokes, Rebecca Parmer, Dr. Baddigan, Dr. Minga, Dr. Mahmood, Dr. Tarek Elzawahry, Dr. Gilmore, Dr. Nanji and Dr. Gaither, and Deanna, Melissa, Crystal and all of the girls at Gulf Coast Wound Center, to the special caretakers at Tender Touch Health Care and especially Narda and Ashley.. .you both were angels from God, to R.
