WILLIAM HOBBS ELLISOR

William Hobbs "Bill" Ellisor, 68, of Panama City, died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 after a brief illness. He was born on October 27, 1938 in Wetumpka, Alabama. He was a 1964 graduate of Auburn University where he was a member of the SAE Fraternity. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He was a member of Lynn Haven United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Elois Peterson Ellisor, daughters, Stacey Ann Ellisor Grimes and her husband, Churchill, and Amy Ellisor Davis and her husband, Sean, grandchildren, Kyle Andrew Mitchell and Shelby Davis, brothers, Rev. J. Walter Ellisor and his wife, Marjorie Ann, and Cecil Ellisor, Jr. and his wife, Hannah, mother-in-law, Opal Peterson, special nephew, Adam Ellisor and his wife, Kim, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Lynn Haven United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Lynn Haven United Methodist Church Building Fund in memory of Bill Ellisor.
