William Randall Barnhart, 82, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017.  He was born June 23, 1935 in Panama City to Edison & Della Barnhart.  He was a 1953 graduate of Bay High School.   He had worked as a welder for International Paper Company, the Local Union 229 and for the U.S. Naval Base. He was a member of the St. Andrew Baptist Church and the St. Andrew Masonic Lodge #212. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Ann Barnhart and a daughter, Rose Marie Holden.  He is survived by a son, William Edison Barnhart (Victoria); 5 grandchildren, Natasha Lynn Holden Terrell (Kevin); Charles B. Holden III (Karilyn); Michael Paul Holden (Kara); William Joshua Barnhart, William Garron Barnhart (Margaret); 2 step grandchildren, Tamika Woods, Czarea Woods; 3 great grandchildren, Kailey Holden, Alyssa Holden, Declan Holden and a step great grandson, Charles Burnett Jr.  Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Morris Denman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4-6 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd St Suite C, Panama City, FL 32405.
