Wanda Jo Sellars, 82, of Panama City, FL passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023. She was born on September 23, 1940 in Panama City, FL. She was a talented homemaker and worked at Bay Medical Center for eight years after she raised her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Shelby Gene Sellars; her parents, Paul Cordette and Nettie Clyde Gilstrap, Sr and her sister, Brenda Joyce Inman. She is survived by three children, Rochelle Turk (Scott), Leanne Tally Arnold (Bud) and Sheree' Stringfellow; five grandchildren, Brandon Turk (Bailey), Stephanie Belton (Tyler), Nathan Tally, Lauren Tally, Brittany Jarrell (Jason); seven great grandchildren, Lincoln and Reagan Turk, Shelby and Emmett Belton, Paul Mackin, Trinity and Trevor Pippin; brother, Paul C. Gilstrap Jr and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 1 PM in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Billy Joe Melvin officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 12-1 pm prior to the service.
