Vivian Estelle Lewis, 91, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born June 11, 1924 in Atlanta, Georgia to Robert & Ethel Lewis. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1967 moving here from Mobile, Alabama. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 12 noon in the Pine Rest Memorial Park Cemetery, Foley, Alabama.
