Vivian Valrea "Val" Jones, 94, passed away on February 19, 2011. She was a lifelong resident of Callaway and was a longtime member of the Callaway United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Earl Jones; sisters, Myrtle Fussell and Dora Zell Booth; and brother, Enoch Chadwick. She is survived by her daughter, Vivian E. Juarez of Panama City; son, Clyde Emile Jones and wife Moniaree of Pelham, Alabama; 3 grandchildren, William Andrew Jones and wife Heather, Kara Juarez, and Stephanie Kilb and husband, Raimund; 2 brothers, Osborn Chadwick and Arvil Chadwick; sister, Gertrude Myers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Callaway Cemetery with Rev. David Cook officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Those desiring, may make a contribution to the Callaway United Methodist Church, 6619 Highway 22, Callaway, Florida 32404 in memory of Vivian Valrea Jones.
