Vivian Opal Messer Craig, 81, of Panama City, passed away March 29, 2014 in a local hospital.  She was born March 10, 1933 in Carrabelle, Florida to Orvel and Mary Anne Messer. She had been a resident here since 1953, moving here from Tallahassee, Florida.  She was a homemaker and a member of New Covenant Fellowship Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Craig.  She is survived by her four children, Michael Craig, Gary Craig (Wanda), Darryl Craig, and Barbara Verstring; three grandchildren, Christopher Craig, Jayson Craig and Brandy Tiner; two great grandchildren, Brecken Tiner and Sierra Tiner.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the New Covenant Fellowship Church with Rev. Steve Coy officiating.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
