VIRGINIA DIANNE PHILLIPS
Virginia Dianne "Ginny" Phillips, 49, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 in her home. She was born March 14, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ginny loved cooking, taking care of children and she was Cher's biggest fan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Charmaine Culverhouse and brother, Robert Gaither. She is survived by her two brothers, Richard Gaither, Joe Gaither; sister, Tawnee Raleigh; father, Gordon Gaither; step-father, Don Culverhouse; step-sister, Kelly Mandeville; step-brother, Donnie Culverhouse; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
