VIOLA HOBBS

Viola Hobbs, 89, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2007. She was born on September 23, 1918. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, St Andrew Chapter #223 and the Park Avenue United Methodist Church of Valdosta, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bascome Hobbs, Jr. She is survived by her step-daughter, Sandra Pisani and her husband, Vincent, of Panama City, step-son, Walter B. Hobbs, III and his wife, Cheryl, of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, four grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. EST on Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Viola Hobbs.
