Valerie Rae Larson, 72, of Youngstown, FL passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025. She was born on October 26, 1952 in Jackson, Michigan. Valerie worked as the Secretary at the Youngstown Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Laverne Sears and mother, Leona Effie Brush. She is survived by her husband, Richard C. Larson; three children, Jason Larson (Sarah), Lisa Anderson, Miranda Dubois (Shawn); eight grandchildren, Samantha Larson, William Larson (Bri), Alexia Dubois, Lindsey Perkins (Kalob), Eryka Dubois, Zach Dubois, Rayanna Dubois, David Humphreys III; two great grandchildren, Greyson Perkins, Celeste Larson; three siblings, June Truax (Pat), Larry Brush (Celia) and Amasa Sears; two half-brothers, Steve Sears and Gary Sears. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11 am in the Youngstown Baptist Church with Rev. David Watson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10-11 am prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Garden of Memories.
