TRUDIE ANNIE BELL DAUPHIN
Trudie Annie Bell Dauphin, 100, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010. She was born June 4, 1910 in Covington County, Alabama and had been a resident of Bay County since 1943. For 19 years, she worked at the West Florida Baptist Assembly Campgrounds in Parker. She was a member of the Callaway Baptist Church. She was the last survivor of 9 children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Jesse Mildon Dauphin; daughter, Kathleen Griffiths; grandson, Louis R. Ward Jr., three sons-in-law, Louis R. Ward Sr., Jack Minchew, Bill Weirts. She is survived by her five children, Ouida Ward, Juanita Minchew, Jean Weirts, Mildon Dauphin (Sue), Paul Dauphin (Ann); 13 grandchildren, John Ward (Zeida), Jane Blair (Eddie), Donnie Minchew (Angie), Darla Kubacki (Mitch), Jimmy Minchew (Tracy), Deborah Leifer (Bruce), Bill Weirts (Cathy), Eric Weirts, Donald Griffiths (Carol), Karen Foster, Matthew Dauphin, Chip Dauphin (Suely), Mike Edwards (Toni); granddaughter-in-law, Aileen Ward; 34 great grandchildren; 25 great great grandchildren; 2 great great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. E. Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd Street, Suite C, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Trudie Dauphin.
