Timothy (Tim) Thomas Taylor of Panama City Beach passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2018. Tim, affectionately known as "Toolman" to his friends, was born November 3, 1947, in North Carolina. He was adopted at an early age by Benjamin and Emma Taylor, after the tragic death of his biological parents and lived most of his young life in Maryland. After living in California for several years, Tim moved to Florida in the 1990's. Living in Panama City, he met and married the love of his life, Dale. Tim spent most of his life's career in the automobile industry working at several dealerships in, not only the Panama City area, but all over the country. Tim was baptized into God's family along with his granddaughter, Chloe, in 2016, and enjoyed worshipping with his faith family at Worship at the Water at Sharky's on the beach.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Melissa Grzembski. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Dale, sons James Branham, Sean Taylor, and Adam Taylor, granddaughter, Chloe Branham, neice, Pamela Griffith (Richard), great niece Brianna Sellers, great nephew, Travis Sellers, several cousins, and a host of close friends.
A memorial service honoring the life of Tim "Toolman" Taylor will be held Saturday, December 1, 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn United Methodist Church, 219 N. Alf Coleman Road, Panama City Beach. The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be given to the Hurricane Michael Fund, ℅ Woodlawn United Methodist Church.
