Thomas David Pate, 70, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024.  He was born April 19, 1953 in Sylacauga, Alabama.  He was retired from the City of Panama City Beach Water Utilities Department.  He was the "Go to Guy" for family and friends alike, people that knew him would often ask for his advice in various situations and he would happily guide them through whatever difficulties they were facing.  He enjoyed watching Nascar racing and Auburn sports.  He was preceded in death by his parents, David & Ann Pate and his wife, Patricia Horne Pate.  He is survived by a son, David M. Pate; daughter, Justice Pate and stepdaughter, Lisa Sinnott,; two brothers, John Pate, Don Pate and numerous nieces and nephews.  There will be no services held at this time.
