Thomas Joseph LaBelle, 77, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at his home.  He was born April 17, 1943 in Holyoke, Massachusetts.  He was a retired restaurant owner.  He is survived by four children, Lisa Marie McKeon (Brian), Michael Anthony LaBelle (Lisa), Christopher LaBelle, Robert Dassler; three grandchildren, Ryan LaBelle, Jared Dassler and Callie Dassler.  Memorial services will be held on Friday at 4 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to final rest in Hatfield, Massachusetts at a later date.
