Thomas Lea Hall Sr., 74, of Panama City, passed away peacefully at his home on November 12, 2023. He was born January 13, 1949, in Panama City to William Troy and Sarah Jane Hall. He lived in Panama City most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Tommy Hall Jr. (Angela) and Denise Hidle (Shannon); granddaughter, Tara Hall; great grandson, Noah Deese; and brother, William Troy Hall III "Trey";  sister, Deborah Hall Dewitt and many nieces, nephews and extended family. A celebration of life "Margaritaville themed" service will be held on December 9, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the son's home.
