Theodore Lewis "Ted" Cahall, 76, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. He was born September 10, 1935 in Georgetown, Ohio. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen and Betty. He is survived by his wife, Felicia Ann Cahall; three children, Jeff Cahall, Greg Cahall, Lynne Finerty; four step children, Jim George, Lisa Tucker, Laura Ward, Steve George; three grandchildren; three step grandchildren; one brother, Robert Cahall; and two sisters, Kay Gregg and Mary Connell. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2012 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Bay County Humane Society, the Rescue Mission or to Covenant Hospice in memory of Ted Cahall. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Covenant Hospice, Sims Veteran's Nursing Home and the nurses of Delta Red.
