Terrill "Terry" Jackson Keel, of Panama City, passed away on February 26, 2023 at the age of 70.  He was born on October 15, 1952, the fifth child of Ruthie & Vander Keel.

He is survived by his son, Allan Keel (Misty) and their daughter, Kristia and her son Kaiden; his daughter, Heather Keel and her children, Michael, Kobe and A'layna.  He is also survived by his brother, Gary Keel (Vicky) and his sister, Sandra Wright.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elaine Keel; his brother, Ronnie Keel; and his sister, Phyllis Messina.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Lynn Haven Cemetery.
