SYLVIA STEINER WHEELER
Sylvia Steiner Wheeler, 86, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2009 in her home. She was born June 6, 1923 in Baldwin County, Alabama. She was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Wheeler. She is survived by her son, Kevin Wheeler and wife Patricia, of Panama City; three daughters, Theresa Alana Wheeler, of San Antonio, TX, Bobbi Prinkey and husband, Roger, of Newbury, OH, Kara Wheeler, of Panama City; five grandchildren, Reed Andrews and wife, Vanya, Eve Witts and husband Chris, Robert Prinkey, Taylor Wheeler, Colton Wheeler; great grandchild, Lakyn Noelle Andrews; four brothers, Robert Steiner, Wayne Steiner, Frederick Steiner, Winston Steiner and two sisters, Wilda Glasscock, Joyce Gaden. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Cook of St. Andrew United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. Our mother has now gone to walk side by side with her beloved husband in the Kingdom of God.
