SYLVIA LOUISE HARRIS COX
Sylvia Louise Harris Cox, 65, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012. She was born December 14, 1946 in Alabama to William & Louise Harris. She was an advocate for the American Heart Association. She loved life and traveling with her husband throughout the world. She is survived by her husband, William Cox; daughter, Angie Cox-Haines; son, William Bryan Cox and fiancé, Tina Free; mother, Louise "Nanny" Harris; two grandchildren, Jacqueline Haines, Jay Allen Haines; and one brother, Ernie Harris. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 – 3 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Sylvia Cox.
