Susan Frances Deneen Downs, 62, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. She was born on February 5, 1960 in Memphis, TN to Raymond and Ophelia Thomas. She was a 1978 graduate from Rutherford High School. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jerry Thomas; step-son, Tommy Downs; son-in-law, Max Bailey. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth "Ken" Downs;  two children, Jason Price, Deanna Bailey; three step daughters, Sandy Downs, Bubpa Davis (Chris), Praneet Triggiano; one brother, Steve Thomas; one sister, Kelly Thomas; fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
