SUSAN GAINOUS DAVIS
Susan Gainous Davis, 69, of Lynn Haven, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012. She was born March 26, 1943 in Panama City. She was an anesthetist and homemaker, who retired from Cardiology Associates after a long career in nursing. Susan was a member of the St. Andrew United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Lee Davis, Jr.; two children, Kelly Davis, Douglas Lee Davis, III; and six brothers and sisters, Leroy Gainous, Venice Russell, Sarah Bates, John Bates, Chuck Bates and Jimmie Lou Ashlock. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 28 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 – 6 p.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may send flowers or make memorial donations to a charity of your choice.
