Susan Grant Aluskewicz age 68 of Panama City Beach, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on December 30, 2017.

Susan was born on May 8, 1949 to Betty Norton Grant and Robert C. Grant in Muncie, Indiana. She lived there until moving with her family to Cullman, Alabama in 1960. She graduated from Wallace State in Hanceville with a degree in Accounting.

She was proceeded in death by her husband John Aluskewicz, her son Heath Sewell, her brother Richard A. Grant, and her parents Robert C. and Betty N. Grant of Cullman, Alabama.

Susan is survived by her brother and his wife, Bob and Beverly Grant of Miramar Beach, Florida, nephew and his wife, Rhett and Lindsay Grant of Leesburg, Georgia, niece, Heather Grant Battles of Cullman, Alabama, niece and husband, Katy and Corey McKenzie of Carrollton, Georgia, niece and husband, Beth and Ty Powell of Indiana, niece, Brenda Mills of Indiana, nephew, Eric Grant of Minnesota, and nephew, Doug Grant of Texas, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

Susan was an avid member of the Elks Lodge, and was a member of Saint John's Evangelical Protestant Church in Cullman, Alabama.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 5, 2018 at Valhalla Cemetery in Midfield, Alabama. Services will be officiated by Rev. Bob Kurtz of Cullman, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
