SUE DELL PRICE

Sue Dell Price, 75, of Panama City, Florida, was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Bay Medical Center.

Sue was born in Walton County, Florida on September 30, 1932 and had resided in Panama City for most of her life. She was a homemaker and faithful member of the Springfield Methodist Church. She was a loving wife and devoted mother. Especially dear to her were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant daughter, Diane Lynn Price, and her brothers, Emmit Cannon and Willie 'Coonie' Cannon.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Glynn E. Price of Panama City; son, Steve Sexton (Denise) of Panama City; son, Stan Sexton (Diane) of Panama City; daughter Karon Parsons (David) of Panama City; and daughter Patsy Sue Harrelson of Panama City; eight grandchildren, Matthew Sexton (Christi), Jodi Koloc (Scott), Mark Sexton (Alicia), Todd Sexton, Michael Sexton, Meghan Sexton, Christian Parsons, and Brittany Parsons; and six great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Jimmie Lou Cannon of Red Bay, and Pauline Cannon of Panama City; her sister-in-law Helen Cannon of Panama City; her brother-in-law John Price (Lillie) of Panama City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Tom Daniels officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday and from 12 – 1 p.m. on Friday prior to the service. Active pallbearers will be Matthew Sexton, Mark Sexton, Todd Sexton, Michael Sexton, Shane Price, and Scott Koloc.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the nurses of MICU at Bay Medical Center, Dr. Dent, Dr. Gamad and Dr. Daffin. Those desiring may make donations to St. Andrew Bay Center or to the American Cancer Society in memory of Sue Price.
