STEPHEN PAUL SMITH
Stephen Paul Smith, 54, of Panama City Beach, passed away February 8, 2011. He was born March 5, 1956 in Charleston, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carlene Kelly Smith and mother-in-law, Carol Walker. He is survived by three sons, Joshua Smith, David Anthony Smith, Jonathon Daniel Smith; mother and step father, Annabelle & Floyd Thurman; sister, Paula Smith McVicker and nieces, Brianna and Kristen. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
