STELLA C. BILLINGSLEY
Stella C. Billingsley, 84, of Panama City, formerly of York, PA passed away in Saturday, June 23, 2012. Stella was a member of the Lynn Haven United Methodist Church. She was a past Grand Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star and also a past Grand Matron of the Order of Amaranth. Stella was interred in the Monkton United Methodist Cemetery, Monkton, Maryland. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 in the Lynn Haven United Methodist Church In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Stella Billingsley.
