Shirley Ruth McNeil, 78, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 in her home.  She was born January 19, 1942 in Panama City.  She worked as a lab technologist.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie M & Julia Mae Warren McNeil; three brothers, Walter McNeil, Larry McNeil and Julian McNeil. She is survived by her partner of 42 years, Becky Cobb; son, Karl Anthony McNeil; two grandchildren, Karla Castillo (Christian), Lane McNeil; two great grandchildren, Liam Castillo, Ali Castillo; brother, Bill McNeil (Carla); a sister, Brenda McNeil and a sister-in-law, Linda McNeil. Private family graveside service will be held a later date in the Greenwood Cemetery.
