Sherry Lynn Kennedy, of Panama City Beach, Florida passed away December 1, 2016 in her home. Sherry was a strong independent woman, whose legacy of love, sacrifice and compassion has left a mark on the family and friends whom she cherished so dearly. There wasn't a room she entered that wasn't brightened by her laughter and smile. Sherry poured her heart and soul into helping others, sometimes it was a home cooked meal, other times a good laugh when you needed it or maybe a hard truth that you needed to hear. She always took time to give. Sherry has left a legacy of caring for those she loved. Her life was one of compassion, laughter and sacrifice. She was a devoted mother, loyal friend and overall beautiful woman. Sherry had a passion for people. She was the perfect mix of hometown classy and honky-tonk sassy. She brought passion and love to all she did, whether it was racing, rocking or riding in the woods, her laugh meant it was gonna be a good time. She is survived by sons, Brian Greene, Travis Jamison, David Jamison, Justin Jamison; sisters, Brenda Bonewit, Debi Bonewit, Ruthann Altman; nieces and nephews, Brad Bonewit, Chad Bonewit, Amber Moore, Wesley Roberts and Kyle Pribbenow. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation from 12 to 1 p.m., one hour prior. Interment will follow in Southport Memorial Gardens.
