Shauna Lynn Dougherty, 52, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016. She was born September 7, 1963 in San Bernardino, California. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Ward, her mother, Shirley May Campbell, step father, Jack Campbell and a sister, Bobbie Jean. She is survived by her husband, Joel Dougherty; two sons, Michael Shepherd, Joseph Shepherd; daughter, Lacey Lynn Dougherty; two brothers, Lloyd Caldwell Jr. (Randi); Howard Campbell; sister, Toni Croteau (Jeffrey); aunt, Norma Meeder and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1-3 p.m. prior to the service.
