SHARON SPANN FAILE
Sharon Spann Faile, 57, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Thursday February 28, 2008. She was born in Dothan, Alabama to Alfred & Frances Spann. She graduated from Bay High School and the University of West Florida where she obtained a Bachelors degree. She was a Certified Public Accountant employed as the Budget Director for the City of Panama City. Her life was defined by her love of Christ. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City and served on the Bay Point Community Association Board of Directors. She is preceded in death by her father, Alfred Moease Spann. She is survived by her mother, Frances Spann; her son, Allan Hawkins, Jr.; daughter Lynn Taylor and husband, Billy, two sisters Brenda Barron and husband Jerry, Wylene Tomlin and husband Chris, one grandson, Blake Andrew and many loved aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and her loving church family at First Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church of Panama City. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM Saturday.
