Shannon Bradley Powell, 66, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. He was born on October 5, 1956 in Quincy, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Ramon Powell and one sister, Melinda Kay Nobles. He is survived by his mother, Melba Kay Powell; two brothers, Daniel M. Powell, L. Anthony "Andy" Powell (Debra); two uncles, Calvin David Powell (Frances), Gary Michael Powell (Ginger); aunt, Kathleen Powell; two nieces, Amanda Nicole Sigman and Crystal Simmons; nephew, Jason Powell (Jannah). Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 10-11 am prior to the service.
