SANDRA HAUSER

Sandra Hauser, 61, of Panama City, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2009 in her home. She was born February 9, 1948 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, James B. Simpson, mother, Lydia Kathrine Hood, daughter, Shannon Simpson, and two brothers, Robin Doyle Hood and Jerry Lee Hood. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Hauser; two daughters, Yvonne Griffith and husband Curtis, Karen Leigh Pledger and husband Jamison; granddaughter, Sheleb Layne Pledger; four sisters, Venus Kathy Krietner, Pamela White, all of Panama City, Nancy Maxwell and husband Gary, of Dothan, AL, Sharon Ford and husband Edward, of Panama City; three brothers, Jimmie Simpson and wife Sharon, of Hollywood, FL, Vernon Hood, Jr., of Hartselle, AL, Hubert Hood, of Southport; and numerous nieces & nephews. She also leaves behind numerous friends at Shoe City, Bowlarama and Bingo Paradise. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Susan G.
