Sandra "Dian" Hall, 72, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020. She was born 2/27/48 in Graceville, Florida and was raised in Panama City, Florida. Dian worked in a variety of positions over the course of her life including with Toys "R" Us (which was one of her favorites). Everything Dian did was done with a smile and a kind word that afforded her the ability to create many special friendships over the years. She enjoyed black and white movies, listening to Barbara Streisand songs and spending countless hours completing seek n find puzzle books. She loved performing in plays, was a very active member of the Northside Baptist church for many years, a passionate advocate-spokesperson for Americans with Disabilities and a champion bingo player. Dian is loved and will be missed. Dian was preceded in death by her Mother Willie Joiner Hall and Father Roland Newton Hall. She is survived by her brother Roland G. Hall (Melinda), numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held in the Lynn Haven Cemetery on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 10 am.
