Samantha Frances "Tee" Smith, 92, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday May 29, 2017. She was born on May 28, 1925 in New Orleans, LA to Alfred and Cemantha Warriner. She was the Owner and Operator of the original Shrimp Boat Restaurant for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances Paul and her husband, Gary Paul; one grandson, Jason N. Paul and wife, Jessica of Minnesota; three great grandchildren, Emma, Madeline and Elliott; one sister, Dorothy "Dottie" Holman; one brother, Richard "Dickie" Warriner; numerous of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Saturday June 10, 2017 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 pm Saturday prior to the service.
