Ruth E. Bragg, 98, of Panama City, passed away October 12, 2024. She was born August 15, 1926 in Panama City, Florida. She worked with Summer's Supermarket and Millville Auto Parts in Panama City, Florida until retirement in 2015, Mrs. Bragg was a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church for over 70 years. Her greatest love was her family and family gatherings. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pearl Etheridge, along with 5 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra Bragg of Panama City, Florida and Catherine Bernhardt of Bristol, Florida; her grandchildren, Renee Cumbie and husband Andy, and Michelle Usery and husband, Adam; her great grandchildren, Chris Cumbie and wife Michell, Justin Cumbie and wife Emily, Marcus Broadway, Abigayle Broadway, Brittany Usery, Kaitlyn Usery and Briar Usery; her great great grandchildren, Cole Cumbie, Andrew Cumbie, Maelynn Cumbie, Levi Cumbie, Harmony Mengerson, Skylar Roof, Rowan Roof. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday prior to service.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice or Hiland Park Baptist Church in memory of Ruth Bragg.
