Russell "Wilkie" Wilkinson, 87, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020 in his home.  He was born July 29, 1933 in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania.  He was a retired Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force.  He was a past member and former commander of the American Legion Post 66 of Panama City. He was actively involved in the Masons as a past Master of Acme Lodge as well as a member of Scottish Rite and the Shriners Club.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marian Warren Wilkinson and by his parents, Kenneth Wilkinson and Margaret (Black) Wilkinson.  He is survived by three children, Alan Wilkinson (Connie), Susan Wilkinson, John Wilkinson (Monica); four grandchildren, Michael Wilkinson, Zachary Wilkinson, Lexi Wilkinson, Christopher Wilkinson; and a sister Joanne Kauffman.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with David Buchanan officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12-1 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Shriner's Transportation Fund, P.O.
