Rufus Clayton Hartzog, 86, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday, January 30,  2021.He was born on June 20, 1934 in Malvern, AL to Henry Lester and Katie Lou Hartzog. He served in the United States Navy from 1951-1955 then joined the United States Air Force for 16 years before retiring at the rank of Technical Sergeant. He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his three daughters, Paula Wynn, Juanita Kipa, Brianna Couto; seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, companion, Jeannie Coon and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 1 pm in the Greenwood Cemetery.
