Royal Levi Stephens Jr., 67, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019. He was born January 5, 1952 in Montgomery, AL. He was a retired analyst for Florida Gas Transmission Company. He had been a resident of Panama City for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Royal Levi Stephens Sr., mother, Nancy C. Stephens, brother, Neil J. Stephens and a sister-in-law, Judith Thompson. He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Stephens; son, Royal Levi "Roy" Stephens III and wife, Wendy; two grandsons, Ralph Jackson Stephens, Ian Stephens, brother-in-law, Tom Thompson, niece, Sharon Thompson and his cat, Buddy. As per his wishes, there will be no service held locally.
