Roy D. Oliver, 95, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024.  He was born November 20, 1928 in Allanton, Florida.  He was the retired owner and operator of Oliver's Garage and Wrecker Service.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Catherine Oliver; parents, Coleman & Lula Mae Smith, brother, Roland E. "Sammy" Oliver and a niece, Pamela Carney.  He is survived by his sister, Iris Congleton; nephew, Richard Langston and a great nephew, Zachery Williams.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-1:30 prior to the graveside.
