Rotha Lanton Pyle, 94, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born on May 25, 1927 in Headland, AL. She was a faithful member and Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Eugene Pyle; one daughter, Peggy Lee Harper; her parents, Luther and Henrietta Lanton and one sister, Betty Nadeau. She is survived by one grandson, Chuck Hopkins (Torie); two great grandchildren, Bryant Hopkins, Kadence Hopkins; niece, Cathy Scott (Michael); great nephew, Andrew Scott (Gamble) and great niece, Cristina Scott. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 1-2 pm prior to the service.
